returns & refunds

Dictum products are digital files delivered instantly by download. Because a downloaded file can’t be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a file has been downloaded.
We know that’s a firm line, so here’s how we try to make it fair.
Before you buy
Every product page lists exactly what’s in the file: page count, paper sizes, colourways, and whether it’s the digital or the low-ink printable edition. Please check two things in particular:
Which edition you want. The digital edition is full colour with tappable navigation, built for tablets. The printable edition is a separate low-ink build for home printers. They’re sold separately.
Whether your programme is common law. Dictum is written for common-law students — Canada, the US, the UK and Australia. Civil-law programmes such as Quebec and Louisiana run a code-based structure that the outline teaching may not map onto.
If you’re unsure, email us before you buy. We’d rather answer a question than process a complaint.
If something’s wrong with your file
This is different, and we’ll always fix it. Contact us within 30 days of purchase if:
The file won’t download or won’t open
The file is corrupted, incomplete, or missing pages
You received the wrong product
The file doesn’t match what the product page described
We’ll re-send the file, send a corrected version, or issue a full refund — whichever actually solves it. Email dictumplannerbyanna@gmai.com with your order number and a description of the problem, and we’ll respond within 3 business days.
Duplicate orders
Bought the same product twice by accident? Email us, and we’ll refund the duplicate.
Your download
You can re-download your files at any time from the link in your order confirmation. If that link has expired or you’ve lost it, email us with your order number, and we’ll send a fresh one — there’s no charge and no time limit for this.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Almost every problem is something we can solve in a day, and a chargeback on a digital file costs us the fee as well as the sale.
